These Terms and Conditions will come into effect immediately upon you completing the registration process, which includes checking the box to accept these Terms and Conditions and successfully creating an account. By creating an account and using any part of the Site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions that apply to your use of the Site.

These Terms and Conditions may be published in multiple languages for your reference and convenience. The English version is the sole legal basis for your relationship with us and in the event of any discrepancy with a translation of any kind, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
In order for you to trade on the Zynqetra Platform, you must first register an account with us in person (a "Trading Account").
As part of the registration process, you must provide your date of birth, a valid email, and select a username and password to log into the Platform. You must enter all required information in the registration form. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is true, complete and correct. You must choose a username that is not disruptive or offensive.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your login details are kept securely. You may not disclose your login details to anyone. We are not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your Rights Account by a third party resulting from your disclosure of your login details to any third party (whether intentional, accidental, active or passive).
You can only have one betting account. If you attempt to open multiple trading accounts, all of your accounts may be frozen, suspended, or closed, and any amounts of cryptocurrency credited to your accounts will be frozen.
If you discover that you have registered more than one betting account, you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may result in your trading account being frozen.
You will be required to notify us immediately as soon as you become aware of any errors related to your account or any problems related to your transactions. We reserve the right to void any transaction that may contain such an error.
The Zynqetra Platform reserves the right at any time to request any documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. The Platform reserves the right to limit services, payments or withdrawals until fully determined or for any other reason of interest. This platform also reserves the right to disclose user information as permitted by legal proceedings or the privacy policies of interested parties (platform owners and operators), and by using this service you acknowledge and agree to the possibility of such disclosure.
